How do I make a return/exchange?

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase, except for final sale items. Gift orders placed during the 2021 holiday season will have a return deadline of January 31st, 2022. Returned items must be unwashed and undamaged with original tags still intact. A prepaid label will be provided for your to return your items. We can issue refunds as store credit or to your original form of payment. For refunds to the original payment, the cost of the return shipment ($4.99) will be deducted from your refund for all domestic orders. Click My Return/Exchange to start your return or exchange.

What is your exchange policy?

We offer free exchanges for US orders within 30 days of your purchase, except for final sale items. When will I get my refund?

Refunds to the original payment method are typically processed within 5 business days of your return items arriving back at our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email confirming your return has been completed.


How do I return a gift?

Click My Return/Exchange to start your gift return or exchange. We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of the purchase, and add an additional 15 days for giftsThe items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags still intact. A return shipping charge of $4.99 will be deducted from the refund on any return shipments. You may return items received as a gift for a refund to the gift-giver or as an electronic gift card to use at RevTown. All refunds will be processed at the original price.


Can I get a refund on my gift card?

We do not offer refunds on gift cards.

Orders & Shipping

Can I change the items on my order or shipping address before it ships?

Orders cannot be modified once placed so please double check that all of your information is correct before submitting. If you need to change a product, size, color, or your shipping address, please send us a text at 412-888-0020 with your order number and we'll do our best to cancel your order before it ships.

How long will it take to arrive?

Our standard shipping service typically takes 3-9 business days for orders being shipped to the 48 contiguous Unites States. For Hawaii and Alaska, standard shipping typically takes 10-14 business days. Turn-around-times for APO addresses will vary based on location. Turn-around-times are subject to change depending on shipping carrier volume and delays. Please note that our standard shipping service only operates on business days and sometimes routes to USPS for the last leg of delivery. 


Can I expedite my order?

Yes, we offer two types of expedited services: 2 day shipping for an additional $19.99 and 1 day shipping for an additional $29.99. Please note that our expedited shipping services only operate on business days.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to almost any country in the world. For any additional inquiries on international order, please refer to the "International Orders" section of the FAQs.


Why is my international order displaying a United States shipping address?

For all international orders, we work with a shipping partner whose fulfillment center is located at the address you see on your order. Once the order arrives at that address, our shipping partner will forward it along to your international address.


When will my order ship?

All in-stock orders placed before 4pm EST will typically process within 1 business day. Orders placed after 4pm EST will typically process the following business day.


What kind of payments do you accept?

Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.


Are your prices in dollars?

Sustainability & Environmental Practices

How is your fabric made?

Revtown’s denim is produced at the greenest mill in the world, where clean denim manufacturing is top of mind. The mill takes a comprehensive approach to sustainability—its environmental practices and restrictions are the strictest regulations in the denim industry. And 100% of all waste is recycled into denim yarn or insulation for local housing.


Do you sustainably source your raw materials?

Our fabric is made with BCI-certified cotton, an initiative aimed at creating cleaner, sustainable cotton production. It ensures water is used efficiently, that the cotton’s soil meets high health standards, and protects rights for farmers


What is your dying process like?

Revtown’s denim is sustainably dyed using indigo, shrimp shells, orange peels, and nut shells. This process uses 30% less energy, 50% less water and 70% less chemicals than traditional dyeing techniques across the industry.


What about your factory?

Once the denim is produced, it's sent to our factory in Guatemala to be cut and sewn with our top-notch partners. Our factory provides a clean, safe environment for its employees—local workers, experts and artisans that take great pride in their work. And because our goods then travel to a final destination in the same hemisphere, we save on transit time, so it gets to you faster, and energy, which is good for the 🌎. 

Wash & Care Guide

What’s the best way to wash my jeans? 

To keep your denim looking fresh and without signs of wear, it’s best to wash your pants with only cold water. Turning them inside out, and a light cycle is recommended! 


Will my jeans shrink? How should I dry them?

To avoid shrinking, it’s best to tumble dry on very low heat (after a cold wash only) or hang dry. 


Our jeans are pre-shrunk! As it’s still common for cotton-based products to shrink slightly over time, but this should be minimal. 


Will my black jeans fade after washing them several times?

As it is normal for some fading to occur, we recommend washing on cold only with a specific dark wash detergent. Tumble dry low or hang dry only. 


Will the dye bleed when washing for the first time?

We absolutely recommend playing it safe and washing your jeans alone for the first wash to avoid any color transfer or discoloration of other garments.
